SERVICE MANAGER
There is an opening for a service manager for our Duncan facility.
The duties include but are not limited to:
• Supervising and coordinating activities of forklift technicians and administrative assistants
• Managing work in process, PM’s, contract maintenance, warranty work orders
• Quoting repair work
• Tracking costs for labor and repairs
• Overseeing the safety of the service employees
• Performing annual reviews of personnel
Necessary qualifications are:
• Prior management experience in a similar field or environment
• Prior experience in departmental budgets
Preferred qualifications are:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and oral)
• Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Excel and Word
• Ability to work well with others
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
• Self-motivated, team player
This position will report to the branch manager.

FORKLIFT TECHNICIAN
There are openings for experienced electric forklift technicians for the Columbia, Florence, and Rock Hill markets with the following qualifications.
Necessary qualifications are:
• Prior gas and electric forklift repair experience
• Good driving record
Preferred qualifications are:
• Good organizational and customer service skills
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
• Self-motivated, team player
