Service Coordinator - Greenville

Position: Service Coordinator

Function: This position acts as support personnel for the service department

Reports to: Lead Service Coordinator

Location – Greenville, SC

 

CMH Services has an opening for one service administrative assistant at our Duncan location.  This position reports to the lead service coordinator

There will be three service administrative assistants, and each one will be cross-trained for all duties.  The job duties will be divided between the three based on each person’s strengths.  This position will handle all aspects of the service department to include but not limited to:

Maintain updated PM’s due by month by service technician, monitor service technicians completion of PM’s, enter and delete PM’s from reports as necessary, and provide monthly PM reports to management.

Maintain accurate branch rental inventory, perform manual inventory at least once a month, update management weekly regarding rental calls/deliveries, manage rental check in and check out process, complete and input rental agreements in system, and complete paperwork for delivery and pickup of rental units.

Dispatch service technicians to customer sites, enter notes in work orders, close work orders, and obtain PO’s from customers.

Enter and verify technicians’ time for payroll and forward to payroll coordinator.

Maintain warranty program.

Qualifications:

  • Two plus years of customer service experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Warehouse Solutions Manager

Location – Columbia, SC

Reports to: VP of Sales & Marketing

Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred or Related Technical Discipline

Experience: 3-5 years of project management and selling experience with various types of racking systems, mezzanines, and modular offices.

Manages Others: No

Industry: Industrial

Required Travel: Local/Regional field work; must have driver’s license and own car.

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Draft and design layout of equipment, processes, material flow, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools, Auto Cad and other computer software.
  2. Review required engineering specifications to include seismic guidelines, orders, existing drawings and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
  3. Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product.
  4. Coordinate cross functional teams to recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material, and utilities
  5. Manage complete project life cycle, from concept design through implementation and validation.
  6. Support sales person with contract negotiations, terms and conditions, contractors and non-tech communication to customer to ensure the project expectations are met.
  7. Complete project reports to include material, freight, labor and miscellaneous.
  8. Create and maintain project reports to include revenue, COGS, GP and invoicing.
  9. Set up weekly feedback meetings to include management and the appropriate sales person.
  10. Set up end of project review to include management and the appropriate sales person.
  11. Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction in all transactions.

 Job Requirements:

  1. Related technical discipline required. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
  2. Knowledge in or experience with Auto Cad preferred.
  3. Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
  4. Ability to multi-task and to solve customer problems, take orders and answer inquiries while completing other assigned tasks.
  5. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  6. Strong computer skills including Microsoft office applications.
  7. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  8. Must be dependable and detail oriented.
